Returning Items
Boyle For Men welcomes the return of any purchased item within 14 calendar days of its receipt. You may initiate a return for any reason during this period. If the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. However, no charges will apply if the item is returned due to a fault. Prior to shipping, all items undergo thorough inspection to ensure they match the description and are free from damage or defects.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition with intact tags. When trying on clothing, exercise caution to avoid makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that could leave a scent or mark. For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if unopened in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if goods are not returned in saleable condition or are damaged.
Returning goods purchaed at discount that originally qualified for free delivery will be refunded less a postage charge of €4.95.
We have extended our returns date on orders placed from the 1st of November 2024 until the 10th of January 2025 to accommodate any Christmas purchases.
How to Return Items
- Items purchased online can be returned in-store, via An Post, or through a parcel or courier service.
- For in-store returns, present your dispatch note, and ensure the goods are in a resaleable condition, unopened, with intact tags.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment card, or you can opt for a credit note if the card is not available.
Returning Items by Post, Courier/Parcel Services
- A returns form will be included with your order.
- Complete the form, enclose it with the repackaged items, and return them to Boyle For Men, 2 Bridge Street, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, H16 TX33.
- Please note that refunds to cards may take 3-5 working days to process and are subject to the policies of your card provider. If you have any further inquiries, please contact us.
Exchanging Items
- If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange your item (if available), as long as it’s in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- However, to request a completely different product, please return you goods as described above and place a new order through our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests on goods that have been discounted.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges on underwear once the original packaging is opened, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
